SGH Client Portal (2026)
Part of SGH Technical Resource Centre
The SGH Client Portal represents our commitment to transparency, accountability and data-driven partnership. Launching in 2026, the portal will provide clients with secure access to delivery performance, batch-level traceability, tooling status and Scope 3 metrics. This page outlines how we are integrating digital visibility into our manufacturing ecosystem.

Digital Visibility Within Manufacturing
The SGH Client Portal represents the next stage in our commitment to transparency, accountability and structured partnership.
Launching in H2 2026, the portal will provide clients with secure access to production, quality and lifecycle data linked directly to live manufacturing systems.
Manufacturing visibility has traditionally been limited to email updates and periodic reports. The SGH Client Portal is designed to provide structured, on-demand access to key performance indicators and documentation.
Why Manufacturing Transparency Matters
Modern procurement and ESG governance increasingly require:
- Delivery performance monitoring
- Batch-level traceability
- Tool lifecycle visibility
- Environmental impact reporting
Without digital integration, this information is fragmented and reactive.
The SGH Client Portal will consolidate these data streams into a secure, accessible environment aligned to our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.
Integration with Insight123
Insight123 integration, completing March 2026, forms the operational backbone of the Client Portal.
Through barcode-driven traceability and live production data capture, the system will connect:
- Machine cycle data
- Production batch records
- Tool servicing history
- Material usage tracking
This integration allows performance data to move from internal records to client-facing transparency.
Delivery Performance Visibility
Clients will be able to review:
- On-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery metrics
- Historical delivery performance
- Order-level production status
This reduces administrative burden and strengthens supply chain confidence.
Delivery performance will no longer rely solely on periodic updates; it will be accessible in structured format.
Batch-Level Quality Documentation
The portal will provide access to:
- Batch-level QC documentation
- Dimensional inspection summaries
- Validation records where applicable
This supports audit readiness and reduces document retrieval delays.
For regulated and technically demanding sectors, structured quality transparency strengthens procurement governance.
Tool Lifecycle Tracking
Tooling is a long-term production asset.
Through the SGH Client Portal, clients will gain visibility of:
- Tool service history
- Maintenance intervals
- Modification records
Servicing intervals—annual, six-monthly or quarterly depending on annual cycle volume—will be documented and accessible.
This reinforces the lifecycle discipline embedded within our manufacturing model.
Scope 3 Emissions Reporting
As part of our sustainability programme, SGH is developing formula-based Scope 3 emissions reporting linked directly to production data.
The portal will provide:
- Order-level emissions estimates
- Tooling route carbon impact comparison
- Production energy-related metrics
By linking material usage and machine data to emissions models, we will provide measurable transparency rather than generalised sustainability claims.
This supports customer ESG reporting and environmental governance objectives.
Supporting High-Mix Manufacturing
With approximately 1,000 active SKUs annually, data visibility must accommodate complexity.
The portal will be structured to support:
- Multiple SKU tracking
- Varied production frequencies
- Safety stock monitoring
- JIT delivery alignment
High-mix manufacturing requires structured data access to maintain stability across diverse programmes.
Secure and Controlled Access
The SGH Client Portal will operate through secure, permission-based access.
Clients will view only their relevant:
- Orders
- Tool records
- Performance data
- Environmental metrics
Data security and controlled access will align with our ISO-governed management systems.
Strengthening Long-Term Partnership
The SGH Client Portal reflects our broader strategy under Jalex Futures ownership to invest in structured, transparent manufacturing systems.
By integrating:
- DFM discipline
- Tool validation
- Preventative servicing
- Warehousing integration
- Environmental governance
into a digital visibility framework, we extend accountability beyond production.
This approach supports long-term partnership rather than transactional supply.
Implementation Timeline
Key milestones include:
- Insight123 integration completion – March 2026
- Portal development and testing – 2026
- Client-facing launch – H2 2026
Phased onboarding will allow clients to integrate portal access into procurement and reporting workflows gradually.
